For over two decades, I’ve been helping individuals achieve their health goals as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine and Athletic Health Coach, I bring a unique blend of medical expertise and holistic health strategies to every athlete I work with .
As a wife and mother of five, with three high-level athletes among them, I understand the dedication it takes to excel in sports.Â
But my mission is also deeply personal. As a former three-sport high school athlete and collegiate softball and field hockey player, I’ve lived the grind. I know the challenges athletes face—and the importance of getting the right support. Now, as a coach and mother to three high-level athletes, I’ve dedicated my career to helping athletes stay strong, recover faster, and build resilience for the demands of high-level sports.
