With over two decades of experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and certifications as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Athletic Health Coach, and Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine, I bring a unique blend of medical expertise and firsthand experience to every athlete I work with.
